As well as storing your company’s documents and registers for inspection, your registered office address is the address for receiving statutory mail and legal documents and it’s where all written communication must be sent.
It must be a physical location in the same country that your company is registered in and can be a residential or non-residential address.

Select Registered Office Address.
CAS 360 will display the Registered Office Address screen.
Field | Explanation |

New Address |
In the New Address field, begin typing the new Address. CAS 360 will begin searching the Global Address screen for the Address. If the Address has not been previously added to the Global addresses screen, will appear.Click to add a new Address. |
Effective Date | The date of the address change |
Is the premises occupied by someone other than the company? | Select | if the company does not occupy the address. The name of the occupier must be entered.

CAS 360 will display the Document Production screen and automatically select the documents required:
- Directors Meeting Minute or Resolution
- Change of Company Details Form AD01 (signed and electronic)
- Occupier's Consent (if an Office Occupier was entered)
