How to set up your Presenter account details in CAS 360

Overview

To file company accounts and documents with Companies House using CAS 360, you will need to apply for a presenter account.

Multiple agents are supported by CAS 360 simply by selecting ADD Agent.

Instructions 

From the Main Toolbar, go to Settings

Select Lodgement/Agent Settings

 

Click 

The Add Registered Agent screen will appear

Select your Jurisdiction

Confirm your firm's details:

Field
Explanation
Presenter Name Name of your Presenter Account.
Presenter Contact name Point of contact for your firm
Presenter Address Address of the Presenter Account.

CAS 360 will begin searching the Global Address screen for the Address. If the Address has not been previously added to the Global Addresses screen,  will appear.

Click  to add a new Address.

Presenter Email The Agent's email address
Presenter Phone Number The telephone number of the Agent
Presenter ID

Your firm's Presenter ID.

A presenter ID is 11 characters long and is a mixture of numbers and letters. It can either start and end with 000, or start with the letter E followed by 10 digits. 

Authentication Code

Your firm's Authentication Code

The Presenter Authentication code is a mixture of numbers and letters and is 11 characters long. This is usually entered in capitals.

Once all required fields are completed, click Screenshot 2025-02-27 at 10.41.48 am.pngto finalise the presenter account setup in CAS 360.
