- Freeform Documents - Added the ability to filter by Labels when preparing Freeform Documents.
- Company Listing Report - Report settings have been updated with toggles to show "Signing Contact" and "Billing Contact" on the report.
- Trust Events - Added the totals to the Register of Trust Events document when generated.
- Company Labels - Added the ability show companies with no labels attached when managing labels.
- Freeform Document Template - Added eight new Trust Contact merge fields for Partner and Manager names. These can be added to Freeform Document templates.
- Labels - Added the ability to activate or not activate the label filter on the contacts screen.
- Global Documents - If a New Zealand firm has no Australian companies, the 'Incomplete Annual Reviews' filter will be hidden.
- Registered Office Address Change - When processing a registered Office address change through the Multiple Changes screen, any Officers or People with Significant Control with a service address that is the same as the current registered office address will be changed.
- People with Significant Control (PSC) - When the PSC status is changed, the “Register Entry Date” will now automatically update to today’s date, ensuring accurate and consistent register information.
- Members Minutes or Resolutions - Added a Registered Office Address change paragraph to the template.
- Update to the Strike Off screen - All active Directors and Alternates are now shown only once in the list, based on today’s date; selected contacts are removed to prevent duplicate selection.
- Company Summary Service Address - In this release, we have updated the logic for the Company Service Address.
