Reduce the distractions from your workflow, with the Live Chat feature being accessible from any screen within CAS 360.
How do I use it?
Simply follow the steps below to start using Live Chat support:
- Select the speech bubble icon in the top right-hand corner of your CAS 360 to commence a chat session.
- The chat session will appear in the bottom-right corner of the screen. To begin chatting, type your question and press Enter. AI-driven CASI will provide you with an answer and links to suggested help articles based on what you type into the chat session.
- Should the answer you require not be provided by Casi, select "No" when prompted.
Then click "Talk to a human" to start a live chat with BGL's Support team:
- A chat session will then begin with our BGL Support Team.
Please ensure provide any relevant context or documents required so our team can best assist you.
Get a transcript of your chat
A copy of the live chat's transcript will be emailed to you after the chat has concluded. Look for the support@cas360 email address to find this email:
This is sent to the email attached to your User Profile used to sign into CAS 360.
