Document Templates – Added the following Trust Deed merge fields for trust related documents:
- Trust Deed Date
- Trust Deed Issued Date
- Trust Deed Updated Date
- Annual Reviews – Customise which columns you see on the Annual Review screen with brand new Column Filters.
- Trust Distributions – When entering distributions for dicretionary trusts, 'Net Capital Gain' can now be selected as a distribution type for Australian Companies.
- Director Interests - Added the ability to import Directorships/Shareholdings from your CAS 360 database into the current Companies Directors' Interest Register
- Compliance - Added the ability to upload supporting documents to AML/CDD when CDD is not required.
- Annual Returns - Added the ability to remove the officer's birth details from the New Zealand Annual Return
- Annual Returns - On the Annual Returns screen, you can now select the Partner, Manager, and Signing Contact filters to sort them alphabetically.
- Contact Details Change - The Directors' and Members Minutes / Resolution now includes sections on a contact address change.

Improvements made to the Confirmation Statement Screen

- A new optional Column Heading has been created, Confirmation Statement Status. This keeps you from accidentally preparing multiple pre-prepared Confirmation Statements and keeps you on track.
- We've also added new optional Column Headings - Partner, Manager, and Signing Contact, on the Confirmation Statement screen. These columns can be sorted, making it easier for you to filter and focus on the information that matters most.
