AML/CFT and CDD Requirements - Send to Reviewer

We’ve added a new Send to Reviewer step to the AML/CFT and CDD Requirements workflow in CAS 360.

You can now send a completed compliance review to a designated team member for internal approval before finalising the process. This provides an extra layer of oversight and supports stronger, more robust compliance practices.

This new step uses CAS 360’s Document Review feature, allowing the reviewer to:

• Review the compliance documentation
• Approve the record or return it with comments for further action

Singapore

Added ID Details to the Annual Company Statement Certificate

The signatory section of the Annual Company Statement Certificate now includes the officer’s identification number, displayed using the ${officerNricIdOrPassport} code.

The ID shown follows this priority: NRIC (Citizen) > NRIC (PR) > FIN > Passport.

Hong Kong

CAS 360 now supports the latest NAR1 form, released by the Companies Registry as part of the Re-domiciliation Regime launch.

This update ensures compliance with the new requirements and allows you to continue filing annual returns for applicable companies without interruption.

United Kingdom

AA01 – Change of Accounting Reference Period

CAS 360 UK now supports the preparation and electronic lodgement of the AA01 form to notify Companies House of changes to a company’s accounting reference period.

From the General Details screen, users can:

• Update the Next Accounts Made Up To date,
• Launch the new Change of Accounting Reference Date modal,
• Provide required justifications for period extensions,
• Automatically generate and lodge the AA01 form with Companies House.
