How to choose a different email address for a signing contact

You can now select a different email address for a contact to send documents to be signed, either through Digital Signing or without. This is helpful in cases where a client have a different email used to sign documents.  

In cases where a Contact has mutiple different email addresses, CAS 360 by defualt will choose the contact's Primary Email address as the email address to send emails to.

Digitally Signed Documents Non-Digitally Signed Documents

Instructions 


Once the documents have been prepared through the Document Productions screen, select Electronic Signing Options.   

  1. Select the contacts "Primary Email" to select a different email. 
  2. Select the Email Address to send the documents to be signed to. 
  3. Once a different email address has been chosen please Select Save.
