Overview
To electronically file forms to Companies House using CAS 360, you must have a Presenter Account with Companies House.
In addition to having a Presenter Account, you must also have a Companies House Credit Account to pay the associated filing fees.

How to apply for a Presenter Account
To apply for a Presenter Account, begin the process on the Companies House website - Apply to file with Companies House using software.
Once on the website, click “Start Now” to begin your application.
Once Companies House provides your Presenter Account details, you can store them in CAS 360 to automate filings. For guidance, see: How to set up your Presenter account details in CAS 360.
Please note that a Presenter ID is 11 characters long and consists of both letters and numbers. It may either start and end with “000”, or begin with the letter “E” followed by 10 digits.

Only Presenter ID's that start and end with a '000' will allow for filing of forms with a fee, e.g. a Confirmation Statement
How to apply for a Companies House Credit Account
In order to file documents such as Company Incorporations, Confirmation Statements and Company Charges, you must also apply to Companies House for a Companies House Credit Account.
To apply:
- Please go to the Companies House website - Apply for a Companies House credit account.
- Download the application form and complete all required details.
- Once the application has been completed, please send the application to chdfinance@companieshouse.gov.uk. Please note that this can take up to 5 business days to process.
