Digital Signature Error - FuseSign

I have sent a document pack to be signed with FuseSign and received this "Error Code: INVALID_REQUEST".

Resolution

This error is usually caused by the current FuseSign settings on your account.

To fix this, the “SMS to Sign” setting needs to be enabled in FuseSign. Only a FuseSign Champion can update this setting.

If you are not a FuseSign Champion, please contact your internal FuseSign Champion or administrator to complete this change.

Steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Log in into your FuseSign account. 
     
  2. Under Configuration, select Settings.

  3. Then, under Account, select Business Defaults.

  4. Then review to ensure that "SMS to Sign" is ticked in the enabled column.
