I have sent a document pack to be signed with FuseSign and received this "Error Code: INVALID_REQUEST".
Resolution
This error is usually caused by the current FuseSign settings on your account.
To fix this, the “SMS to Sign” setting needs to be enabled in FuseSign. Only a FuseSign Champion can update this setting.
If you are not a FuseSign Champion, please contact your internal FuseSign Champion or administrator to complete this change.
Steps to resolve the issue:
- Log in into your FuseSign account.
- Under Configuration, select Settings.
- Then, under Account, select Business Defaults.
- Then review to ensure that "SMS to Sign" is ticked in the enabled column.
