ASIC Debt-Update Processing Could Fail During Automated Debt Reminder Re-evaluation

Processing an RA68 ASIC debt update could error and stop partway through, leaving the lodgement showing "Sent / Waiting for Docs", if automated reminders had no eligible companies or the account had no Automated Debt Reminder settings configured. RA68 processing now completes as expected in these cases, and the lodgement status updates correctly.
 

SH01 – Premium Paid Per Share Missing from the Lodged XML

Where an allotment included a premium, the amount in the XML file only reflected the nominal share value, even though the premium appeared correctly on the PDF form. The XML now includes the nominal value plus the premium (for example, £1.00 nominal plus £0.50 premium is now sent as £1.50), with the same correction applied to any unpaid amount per share.

SH01 – Non-Cash Consideration Details Missing from the XML

Where an allotment used a consideration type other than cash (for example, a Bonus Issue), the consideration details appeared correctly on the PDF form but weren't included in the XML file. These details are now included in the XML; cash consideration continues to be omitted, as expected.
