Overview

The CAS 360 outbox stores all outgoing email messages that have been sent from CAS 360. From the outbox, you will be able to view, resend and track the delivery of all emails sent from CAS 360.

Search

Search allows you to search for messages based on the Contact/Entity

View/Resend Messages

To view or resend messages click besides the message.

View

Display the message that was sent and the email addresses the message was sent too.

In the View mode, Click  to resend the email

Advanced Filters

Use the advanced filters in CAS 360 to easily manage the Outbox and identify messages that have been delivered, failed or are currently being delivered.

Field
Explanation
All Sent Display all emails sent from CAS 360.
Sent Today Display emails sent from CAS 360 today.
Sent this week Display emails sent from CAS 360 in the last 7 days.
Sent this month Display emails sent from CAS 360 in the last month.
Delivered

Display all emails that has been successfully delivered.

Email Failed

Display all emails that has failed to be delivered to at least 1 of the email recipients

Delivery in Progress Display all emails that has been sent from CAS 360 and is awaiting a response to see if this has been correctly delivered.

Outbox Status

Users are able to track the status of each email sent from CAS 360.

Status Name
Description
Delivery in Progress Email has been sent from CAS 360 and is awaiting a response to see if this has been correctly delivered.
Email Delivered Email has been successfully received by the email account.
Email Failed Email has not been received by at least 1 of the email accounts.

Emails sent from CAS360 users will now receive email fail notifications if an email has not been received. The notification will be received only by the user logged into CAS 360 who sent the original email or notification.

Users are able to hover over a status to view a breakdown of each email recipient and review the status of an email.

Suggestion
Please resend You may be able to successfully retry sending to that recipient in the future.
Invalid recipient address Recommended to review and correct the recipient's email address.
Check the recipient's address and resend Recommended to review and correct the recipient's email address. However, you may be able to successfully retry sending to that recipient in the future.
Recipient inbox is full You may be able to successfully retry sending to that recipient in the future.
Email message size is too large You may be able to successfully retry sending to that recipient if you reduce the message size.
Email content rejected by the recipient You may be able to successfully retry sending to that recipient if you change the message content.
Attachment rejected by the recipient You may be able to successfully retry sending to that recipient if you remove or change the attachment.
 

Download all Outbox Messages

Use the Download all Outbox Messages button to export a list of all Out Box messages to Excel. 

The Excel file will include the following column headings: 

  • Contact / Entity 
  • Subject
  • Email Status 
  • Date & Time
