Details
Form DS01 (Strike off a company from the register) can be prepared from within CAS 360. This can be completed on a Company's General Details screen.
Note that the Form DS01 generated must be signed by a majority of the company’s directors.

- Scroll down to the Company Status section. In the Status field, select the Proposal to Strike off:
- Select Prepare Forms.
- Select the toggle to acknowledge the Declaration, then select all the Directors signing Form DS01:
- Finally, select Prepare Documents.

CAS 360 will display the Document Production screen and automatically select the documents required.

Note: This form cannot be filed electronically. You will need to submit your application directly through the Companies House website.
