Managing Document Deadline Alerts in CAS 360

CAS 360 will automatically generate alerts when important document lodgement deadlines are approaching. These alerts help ensure your clients stay compliant and avoid late fees.

Viewing Document Deadline Alerts

You can manage all document deadlines across your CAS 360 database using Advanced Filters from the Company Selection screen:

From the Main Toolbar, go to Company.

Use Advanced Filters to view companies with pending Document Deadline Alerts.

Sending Reminders from Alerts

When any of the Lodgement Deadline alerts appear, CAS 360 users have the ability to send an email reminder to the company officers advising them to take action before the deadline to avoid any unnecessary late fees. The Deadline alert dates are calculated for Companies House forms, such as the form AD01, as the date of the change plus 28 days.

From the Main Toolbar, go to Company.
Locate the company
From the company selection screen, select the Document Deadline Alert fb4d7897-a31e-4e97-80d6-3a1d64bdd280.png

Choose one of the following actions:

  • View Documents – to review the documents requiring attention.
  • Send Reminder – to email the company signatories and prompt them to sign the documents.
