• Duplicated Contacts - We have added the ability to search for duplicate contacts while ignoring the contact's middle name.   
• Companies Affecting Licence Usage Report - You can now download a report that shows which companies are active and which companies are deactivated but still included in the license, along with the date when they will no longer affect the license.
• Trust Listing Report - We have also added labels to the Trust Listing Report and Trust Listing Report settings.

• Form 362 - As ASIC now accepts electronic signatures on this form, we have created a new Email Template specifically for the Digital Signing of Form 362. 

New Zealand

• Directors' interests – Directors' interests can be linked to a company even if there are pre-existing interests entered.
• Directors' interests – Added the ability to print the current or historical Director Interests register.

Singapore

• Consent to act as a Director/Secretary – Form 45 and Form 45B have been updated.
• Adding a Company - The Financial Year End Date will be automatically prefilled with the current date.
• Annual Statement Certificate – Added the option for a second signatory. 

Hong Kong

• Form NR2 – CAS 360 now supports the production and printing of Form NR2 - Notice of Location of Registers and Company Records.

United Kingdom

• Share Transfer – Added support for the Stock Transfer Form J10 & J30
• Company Summary – Added a section for Persons of significant control.
• Form SH02 – The nominal value of each share field will now include up to 10 decimal places.
• Confirmation Statement – A warning is displayed if changes are entered after the confirmation statement date.
