If the future changes don’t need to be included in the Company Summary, you can safely disregard this warning.

Otherwise, adjust the company's change dates so they fall before the Confirmation Statement Date, as shown below.

How to adjust the dates? 

This warning will be triggered by one or more of the following company changes, which occur after the Confirmation Statement Date. 

1. The Registered Office Address Effective Dates 
   Review the Company's Addresses screen to check this. 
2. Business Address Effective Dates 
   Review the Company's Addresses screen to check this. 
3. Officers Appointed Dates or Ceased Dates 
   Review the Company's Officers screen to check this. 
4. Share Transaction Dates 
   Review the Company's Members screen to check this. 
   
5. Charges Date Created 
   Review the Company's Company Info screen to check this.
