What’s changing
Due to recent updates from Companies House, from 18 November 2025 onwards, any lodgements made for particular older versions of Companies House forms will be rejected.
This affects certain documents prepared before the update was released in CAS 360.
What this means for CAS 360 users
If you attempt to lodge an outdated form after this date, CAS 360 will now show the following warning message:
Due to the changes made by Companies House, from 18 November 2025 onwards, lodging an older version of this form will be rejected.
You need to re-prepare the documents before they can be lodged to Companies House.
What you need to do
To ensure successful lodgement:

Re-prepare the form
Return to the Company or Form screen where the document was originally generated.

Review and File
Check that all information is correct and up to date.
Proceed to lodge electronically with Companies House as normal.
Why is this required
Companies House has introduced updated form formats and validation rules. To ensure continued compatibility, all forms must be regenerated in CAS 360 after this update. Lodging older forms will result in rejection by Companies House.
