Personal Code Alerts

From 18 November 2025, individuals are required to have a personal code recorded with the Companies House in order to complete lodgement. The Personal Code Alert assists in managing these details for Officers and PSCs, altering you when required information is missing.

From the Main Toolbar, go to Company.


 

From the Company Selection screen use the Advanced Filters to manage the Personal Code Alerts your entire CAS 360 database:

By hovering over Required alerts shown in yellow, CAS 360 will give users the ability to review all the Personal Codes applied to individuals related to the Company.

Click Go to Companies House Personal Codes.

CAS 360 will display the Personal Codes window. This will instantly help you identify which individuals are missing their Personal Code information:

  • Send reminder - Prepares an email reminder to the individual, prompting them to complete their identity verification so they can provide you with their Personal Code.
  • Add Personal Code - Opens a window allowing you to enter the Personal Code details for the individual.

When an individual's name does not match the verified Companies House name, the following reasons for the mis-match can be selected:

  • Legally changed name
  • Preferred name
  • Translation or a different naming convention
  • Prefer not to say
  • Error on the public register
