Overview
This article will go through the process of how to change a contact's residential address through the Multiple Changes screen.
If a director, secretary, or person with significant control (PSC) changes their residential or service address, you must notify Companies House within 14 days.
You must notify Companies House within 14 days if changes are made to:
- Directors or their details, including their residential address
- People with significant control (PSC) details, including their residential address
Navigation
| From the Main Toolbar, go to Multiple. |
Select New Change
Instructions
- Select Contact Address
- CAS 360 will display the Contact Address Change screen.
Complete the following table.

In the New Address field, begin typing the new Address. CAS 360 will begin searching the Global Address screen for the Address. If the Address has not been previously added to the Global addresses screen, + will appear. Click + to add a new Address. |

| Apply change where Companies Business Address/Address for Service is the same? | Toggle Yes, if you want to prepare an address change for other Companies which have the same Registered Business Address |
| Apply change to other contacts with the same address? | Toggle Yes, if you want to prepare an address change for other Contacts which have the same address |
3. Click Proceed
4. Select all companies where this service address change applies.
Forms Prepared
CAS 360 will display the Document Production screen and automatically select the documents required:
- Cover Letter
- CH01 – Change of director’s details
- CH03 – Change of secretary's details
- PSC04 – Change of details for a person with significant control (PSC)
- Register of Officers (if the address change relates to an officer)
- Register of Person of Significant Control (if the address change relates to a PSC)
- Directors Minutes or Resolution
- Members Minutes or Resolution
