Overview
If an officer's date of birth entered in CAS360 does not match the date of birth entered in the Companies House database, this will cause issues when lodging a CS01 - Confirmation Statement.
Update the Date of Birth in CAS360
Updating the Date of Birth
To update the date of birth of the officer:
From the Main Toolbar, go to Contacts Select Global Contacts - Select the contact.
- Then select Birthday.
- Update the date of birth field to the correct date.
- Click save.
Update the Date of Birth in Companies House
If the date of birth of the officer in Companies House is incorrect, you will need to file the relevant forms by following the instructions on Companies House. Currently, these forms are not available in CAS360.
