- Contact Labels - Contacts can now have labels attached to them, this can be used as a way to filter contacts.
- Form 362 - CAS360 now supports the electronic signing of Form 362 - Registered Agent Appointment and Cessation.
- Disqualified Directors Check - CAS 360 will issue an alert if any appointed director is also listed on the Companies Office’s register of disqualified directors.
- Annual Return - In this release, we’ve included contact address, mobile number, and email address in the Annual Return document template for shareholders.
- Company Changes - We added supporting documents when preparing a Residential Address Change.
- Company Details - Applications to Strike Off a Company from the Register (Form DS01) can now be completed from within CAS 360.
- Multiple Changes - Service Address changes are now available on the Multiple Changes screen.
- Dividend Vouchers - The Dividends screen has been updated to support Dividend Vouchers. Forms generated related to dividends have also been updated accordingly.
