This email is automatically generated when you select Send Document in the Document Production screen of CAS 360.

Important:

The codes listed below are only compatible with the Document Prepared email template. Codes from other CAS 360 templates (e.g. Document Review, Annual Return) will not work in this template.

Available Merge Fields

Customise your email templates by inserting the following codes. These placeholders will be dynamically replaced with relevant data from your CAS 360 records:

CAS 360 will use the title and the surname in the Global Contacts screen.

If the title has not been entered, CAS 360 will use the first name and the surname of the contact (e.g. John Jones).

If the title has been entered, CAS 360 will display the title and surname of the contact (e.g. Mr Jones).

Client Casual Name ${ClientCasual}

CAS 360 will use the Casual name entered in the Global Contacts screen.

If the title has not been entered, CAS 360 will use the first name and the surname of the contact (e.g. John Jones).

If the above merge fields are used, it will display the Casual Name and Last name (if a casual name is entered). If no casual name is entered, it will display the First Name and Last Name.

Client Casual Name in Proper Case ${ClientCasualProperCase}

CAS 360 will use the Casual name entered in the Global Contacts screen.

If the title has not been entered, CAS 360 will use the first name and the surname of the contact (e.g. John Jones).

Contact when sending the document for review.

Client First Name Only ${ClientFirstNameOnly}

Contact when sending the document for review.

The following logic will be used for ${ClientFirstNameOnly} merge fields:

1. Casual;
2. If no casual - First name (retain only the first ‘word’ found in the first-name field)
3. If no first name - return Full name.

Client First Name Only in Proper Case ${ClientFirstNameOnlyProperCase}

Contact when sending the document for review.

Late fee when annual review payment is up to one month late ${FirstLatePenalty} The amount will be based on the current late fees as advised by ASIC
Late fee when annual review payment is more than one month late ${SecondLatePenalty} The amount will be based on the current late fees as advised by ASIC.
