- Mandatory ID Upload - We’ve introduced the ability to request a mandatory ID upload during the verification process. This ensures that the verifying contact must upload their ID before proceeding.
- Unsuccessful ID Verification Email - If a user fails their ID verification after the re-try, an email will be sent to the user notifying them that their BGLiD verification was unsuccessful.
